Bidding for a future Regional Convention: Click here to view the "Region 6 Guide to the Regional Convention". This document is the "A to Z": coverage explaining the process for submission of a bid, covering both the requirements and expectations, and what help is provided by IPMS/USA and the Regional Coordinator. Along with this Guide is a new document created by the 11 Regional Coordinators in Dec, 2004. This new document is called the Summary of Regional Convention contest rules. In about 2 pages this document sets out some guidelines that streamline and unify the Rules procedures used in the 11 Regional Conventions that take place within any given year.
